made payable to Kenneth J. Frango upon completion of each phase of
installation.
Work to be performed in an expedient and workmanlike manner. Estimated time
frame for project completion- three weeks. Customer's signed acceptance of
this proposal and a and deposit outlined in Phase 1 constitutes a
contract between homeowner and contractor and due notice to proceed.
