Laminate Floor Installation Pictures

Cutting the nosing off the steps. In order to install the pre-fabricated stair nose from the laminate manufacturer each stair must be squared off. I've got a 5 minute YouTube video about this process.
After the nosings were cut. The best way I've found to accomplish this task is with a reciprocating saw. The saw dust created is heavier and will normally fall to the floor where it can be easily vacuumed. I know some installers use a circular saw, but that makes it impossible to cut all the way to the wall and the high speed circular motion of the blade throws dust into the air.
