This is an angle view of the carpet after it was initially laid out.
This is a look from the front entry after the carpet was initially laid out.
Jim is getting ready to sew the pieces we custom fit. It took a couple of hours to cut and actually get the lines to look fairly natural considering we were working with scraps.
A basic traveling lock stitch was used to put it all together.
Latex adhesive was used to reinforce all the stitching. This picture shows the shape of all the pieces. Fourteen I think.
