Gully space should be slightly less than the
thickness of the carpet. In this case the carpet is 1/4" thick. The gully
space installed was 7/8" - more in places. Three or more times in
excess of what the space should be. |
| This carpet creates an unsightly finish when
tucked into a gully that is too large. Apparent through-out installation. |

Customer claims that the installers were out to
perform some carpet repairs. After they left she said she found these nails
protruding from the baseboard moldings in the Living room. She believes the
installers inserted the nails- but actually a power stretcher was braced
against the baseboard pushing in back casing the nails attaching it to the
wall to become exposed. |

have reset these nails and filled the holes returning the baseboard to its
original condition. |

Thermoplastic adhesive on carpet yarn in living
room near hearth. Hard spots of thermoplastic in numerous areas at seam line
under the surface of the yarn. Indicating excessive compression and adhesive
at the seam line causing the wicking. |
| Pattern installation mismatch (1 5/16" in
length) at seam in family room. All seams were mismatched to varying
degrees. In this area pattern elongation measured a miniscule .05% |
